The OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management includes six mandatory units, providing a combined total of 120 credits. This qualification requires 1200 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) to complete.

Requirements

The entry profile for learners includes at least one of the following:

• Relevant Level 3 Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• GCE Advanced Level in two subjects or an equivalent qualification.
• Mature learners (over 21) with relevant management experience. However, learners must confirm this experience with the delivery centre before registering for the programme.

Assessment

All units in this qualification undergo internal assessment by the centre and external verification by OTHM. These qualifications follow a criterion-referenced approach, focusing on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes.

To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must actively provide evidence that they have met all learning outcomes. They also need to meet the standards specified by the assessment criteria. The Assessor makes the judgment on whether learners have successfully met these criteria.
