Requirements

For entry onto the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification, learners must possess:

• An honours degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
• Additionally, mature learners with management experience must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme.
• Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course

Assessment

All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the achievement of all the specified learning outcomes.

As a result, students must provide documentation indicating they have completed all learning goals. Additionally, they need to fulfill the requirements mentioned in every assessment criterion. This is necessary in order to receive a “pass” for a unit.

Next, the Assessor determines whether or not the students have successfully completed the assessment requirements. The Assessor should also offer an audit trail. This trail should demonstrate the method used to ascertain the students’ overall performance.
